On behalf of the Thai Perioperative Nurses Association and the Organizing Committee, it is my great pleasure and honor to welcome you to the 8th ASIORNA conference 2026 & 9th ASIAN Perioperative Nursing Leadership Forum, which will be held in Bangkok, Thailand on October 23-25, 2026. It is a source of great pride for Thailand and the Thai Perioperative Nurses Association to serve as the host of this prestigious international conference.

The 8th ASIORNA conference 2026 & 9th ASIAN Perioperative Nursing Leadership Forum provides a valuable platform for perioperative nurses across the Asia–Pacific region and beyond to come together to exchange knowledge, share best practices, and strengthen professional collaboration.

This year’s theme, “Stronger Together: Global Transformation and Innovation in Perioperative Nursing”, reflects our shared commitment to advancing perioperative nursing practices amid rapid changes in healthcare systems, technologies, and patient needs. This conference aims to promote evidence-based practices, patient safety, professional development, and leadership in perioperative nursing.

* Hospital Visit Registration Policy: Participation is limited to the number of places available. Priority will be given to participants who have completed payment for the Main Congress registration. A Hospital Visit reservation may be held for up to five (5) days from the date of registration. If payment is not completed within the specified period, the reservation will be automatically cancelled.

Registration will be considered complete only after the registration fee has been fully paid.

The registration fee will be automatically adjusted once each rate period ends. Therefore, participants who register during the Early Bird period are required to complete payment by 31 August 2026, while those who register during the Regular period must complete payment by 15 October 2026.

❚ Cancellation Policy:

  • Any registration cancellation must be submitted in writing via email to asiorna2026@gmail.com only.
  • Participants who are unable to attend the congress are kindly requested to notify the Secretariat Office by email.
  • Cancellations received on or before 31 August 2026 will be eligible for a 50% refund of the registration fee.
  • Refund requests received after this date will not be accepted.
  • All approved refunds will be processed within one month after the congress.
