Remark: * Hospital Visit Registration Policy: Participation is limited to the number of places available. Priority will be given to participants who have completed payment for the Main Congress registration. A Hospital Visit reservation may be held for up to five (5) days from the date of registration. If payment is not completed within the specified period, the reservation will be automatically cancelled.
